WATER PURIFICATION CHEMICALS AND EQUIPMENTS

1. WATER FILTERS

i) Multimedia Filter

LYNNTECH offers wide series of multimedia filters for removal of suspended solids and heavy metals. Filters are available FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer), Mild Steel and Stainless Steel.

ii) Pressure Sand Filter

Pressure Sand Filter is an ideal solution for the systems with high sediment, silt, sand, and turbidity. LYNNTECH designs ensure the maximum utilization of the surface area, lesser pressure drop across the pressure bed and effective elimination of the impurities. The strength, stability and micro-porous character of filtration media make sand filter suitable for virtually every application in the water treatment industry. We stock all grades of sand media

iii) Activated Carbon Filter

Activated carbon is the most common method of treatment for de-chlorination and removal of taste and odour from water, through adsorption. Adsorption is directly related to the surface area of the media. LYNNTECH stocks NORIT activated carbon.

iv) Iron removal Filter

Iron removal filter is processed catalytic filtration unit where the raw water passes through the layer of compressed air, processed catalyst & quartz filter media respectively. The dissolved ferrous iron salts are converted into insoluble ferric salt and precipitated over the filter bed and then the iron free filtered water comes out.

v) Bromide Removal Filter

LYNNTECH offers Bromide removal Filters for various capacity ranging from 10 M3/hr upto 250 M3/hr. Water containing Bromide when ozonated, produces Bromate which is carcinogenic. The level of bromate is allowed upto 20 ppb in Drinking Water. However, LYNNTECH offers systems to reduce Bromide from water to avoid Bromate transformation post Ozonation. The removal is possible up to 5 ppb level.

vi) Manganese removal Filter

Manganese produces a brownish colour in laundered clothing, leaves black particles on fixtures and as with iron, affects the taste of beverages, including coffee and tea. LYNNTECH specializes in manganese removal systems.

v) Cartrigde Filters

LYNNTECH STOCKS Cartridge filtration units which generally operate most effectively and economically on applications having contamination levels of less than 100 ppm. For heavier contamination applications, cartridges are normally used as final polishing filters LYNNTECHCH EMICALS & EQUIPMENT LTD.

2.REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANTS

LYNNTECH offers the State-of-the-Art Packaged Reverse Osmosis Systems complete with Pre & Post Treatment equipments offering very Pure Water from Brackish or Saline water LYNNTECH carries complete range Reverse Osmosis Plant. Units ranging from 100 to 10000 LPH and more Our Standard features of reverse osmosis plant includes Pre Micron Filter, High Pressure Pump, Stainless Steel Pressure tubes with Membranes, Electrical Control Panel with TDS meter and Wet Panel with Flow Indicators and Pressure Gauges, pressure switch and electrically driven solenoid valve, Pressure Regulator valve, Stainless steel 304 frame (Skid) etc. These systems are used for water having TDS up to 2000 ppm. 3.CHEMICAL DOSING SYSTEMS

LYNNTECH provides dosing systems which are backed by latest process technology that ensures complete reliability and durability of the systems in the involved operations. These chemical dosing systems are highly demanded and are made available in form of Positive Displacement Pumps, HP & LP dosing systems for Boiler, Chlorine Dosing system, Polyelectrolyte Dosing system, Alum/Lime Dosing system and others.

4.WATER SOFTENING UNITS AND DM PLANTS

LYNNTECH offers Water Softening System in various sizes ranging from 200 ltrs/hr up to 500 m3/hr and above. These units are available in Stainless Steel option and FRP.

5.DE-MINERALIZATION PLANTS

LYNNTECH offers De-Mineralization Plants, which are available in Two Types, Mainly Two Bed DM Plants and Mixed Bed DM Plants. However, DM Plants are also available with Weak Base & Strong Base Cation & Anion Exchanger. DM Plants are also available with Degasification System to remove alkalinity physically without using chemicals (Saves NaOH)
